Hello, I just wanted to write a comment about St Mary's. My son has been with you since April this year (2007) After having a terrible time at his old school he has come on leaps and bounds with you and I'm very proud of him. Thank you to all the teaching staff for making us feel welcome at your school and for showing my son that not all teacher's are ogre's! Again, thank you. Happy holidays...see you all in September.

It's exciting to find this website. I moved away from Kelvedon when I was four to the States. We moved back when I was seven and I went to school at St. Mary's. My cousin's attended the school (Paul and David Hollick). This would have been in the 70's. I remember walking over to the outdoor pool to swim. Another time I was visiting the indoor pool was built. It was a great experience that I'll always remember. We moved back to the States, but I've visited numerous times. I now live near Bellingham, WA (north of Seattle).
My uncle "Curly" Stephen Hollick was part of the Feering Cricket Club.
So exciting!!!!

Kelvedon St Mary's has been a fantastic school and still is. I have been here since reception and have loved every bit. All the staff here are great in helping me get a healthy education and making school extra fun so that children actually want to come! I will be leaving to go to Honywood but will come back to vist, although I'm leaving the memories will stay with me forever I just hope it will still be around when I have kids so that they can have the greatest education ever if not I'll just just tell them about all the embarssing stuff the teachers have done ( MR MURRELL!)! But I have still got alot if time left so I have to make the most of it !!!!!!! c ya kirstie parker

Dear All,
Reading all the comments below makes me feel really old. I left St Mary's in 1993 when I was in Year 4 to move to Surrey. I am still up here, but will always think of Kelvedon as home. I'm working in a good job now, and got some great results in my GCSE's and A-Levels, and that is definitely down to my education in early years, so to all at St Mary's school- thankyou.
I am saddened to hear Mrs Milton will be retiring in September, but like all of you on here, I am sure she was a very influential factor on your schooling at St Mary's, so I wish her well for all she does in her future.

Seeking sight of the weekly newsletter that didn't make it home last week (!) I turned to the website today for the first time. I really must congratulate Michael Hopper and all the contributors on a super site. Very easy to navigate, and full of positive and useful information. I have instantly added it to my list of 'favourites'. Well done also to Mr Brace and all the staff and pupils on the superb results announced this week. We always knew St Mary's was a great place for our sons to attend, and this makes it 'official'!

I love this site I can remember all of my good times at St Marys and all of my friends and teachers and not forgetting the best of all Mr Brace, I really miss you all and love looking at the web site with my Mum and Dad, I wish I was still there to see the new computor room and be able to use it after all that building work I watched going on, I have shown my new frinds at school this site on the internet during the wet break times and they can't believe how big my old school was as we only have 2 classrooms and 56 pupils. Can you put some more pictures on so I can show them my friends and Mr Brace, as I miss you all. i will keep looking.

If any of the classes are covering any aspects of the Middle East in their studies and I can be of any help please feel free to get in touch. Kind Regards David Williams
