Super Shooters

CONGRATULATIONS to all the children for their super shooting today which meant that our target of over 2000 goals in a day was achieved!  You all looked splendid in your colourful outfits and looked as if you were enjoying yourselves.  Now you just need to make sure you collect all your sponsorship money and bring it into school next week in an envelope together with the sponsor form.  I’m sure you all would like to join me in thanking the School Council for coming up with this excellent idea and helping the PTFA to organise it.

  PTFA KS2 Adventure Playground

The PTFA have been investigating possible ways of improving the KS2 Playground.  After carefully looking into various possibilities they have decided to build an adventure trail.  Shortly, plans of the play equipment due to be developed in the Summer holidays are going to be put in the entrance hall to the school for you to view.  Please feel free to pop in and take a look.  Feedback sheets will be available for any of your comments.  Thanks to all the PTFA members who have worked on this project.

Year 3 Trip to Essex Food and Farming Day

Many thanks for the offers of help from parents.  We will be in touch to let you know if we need you to come. If it is wet on Thursday, children will need to wear their wellies and a waterproof coat as lots of the activities are outside.  Thank you

Coats

Obviously the weather is still very changeable but we still need to give our children the opportunity for fresh air and to run off steam!  Many of them have been without coats this week, please encourage them to bring one in.  Thank you
